Entitled coworker conspires to get 11 employees fired, one employee stands up to her and ends up taking her job: 'She took it too far when she tried to mess with me'

It's always baffling when a coworker decides to go out of their way to make enemies on the job. Sure, it's understandable that competition exists in most environments, but the best way to excel is to stay in your own lane and do the work. Sabotage can backfire, and it can never substitute for a job well done.

In this instance, we have an entitled coworker named Lisa who somehow earned the sympathy of her manager and wound up successfully getting 11 employees fired for silly reasons. This also goes to show that poor management can easily enable and encourage these types of personalities, whether directly or inadvertently.
