Entitled boss spells company name wrong in his emails for years, fed up employee reports it anonymously to the board of directors: ‘He lost his credibility’

If you have a good working relationship with your boss, and said boss is a reasonable person, you would never think twice before correcting them about a mistake they made on the job. After all, you're all there because you want to do a good job, you all want the company to succeed, and you all want the team to benefit from the success. This means that you are all there for each other, even when you make mistakes, and that should apply to the boss as well as anyone else on the team. And if the boss is a good boss, they should be able to listen to others voicing their mistakes, and correcting them without letting ego get in the way.

However, as we all know, most bosses are not reasonable people, and they definitely do not enjoy when their employees comment about their mistakes. This leads many employees to keep their mouths shut when they notice something the boss is doing wrong, and no one dares to ever correct them. Which is what led the employee in the story below to take action in a different manner.
