The business owner needs to learn a lesson that she can't mess with people's hard-earned money. I highly doubt this is the only client she's done this to, and I wonder if this person sues, if others will catch on. Even if they don't sue, just the threat of legal action might make this waxer start giving out refunds. It's only fair!
