This is what one chef working in a restaurant kitchen thought when the kitchen manager turned up to work with his baby strapped to him and proceeded to try to work on the cook line.
When the employee raised questions about the safety of the arrangement, the dad moved the child to a high chair in an also inconvenient part of the kitchen and continued to work.
This led to an outburst from the chef, who felt that both the baby and those working in the kitchen were unsafe. However, they were not supported by their coworkers. They wanted backup and to know that their feelings were valid.
