Some industries are much more forgiving of mistakes, though. Office work and email jobs let workers get away with anything due to the lax nature of those duties (a late email never hurt anyone, right?). Other industries are very serious about their rules and regulations because people can and do get harmed when protocol isn't followed. Heavy machinery is unforgiving!
