Dumpster puppy found with a rubber band around her snoot gets rescued and has a glow up, goes viral while rescuer seeks her justice: ‘My heart is so full!’

It's been almost two weeks now since little Junie was rescued. She was found in a dumpster of a local apartment complex with her snoot shut with rubber bands. Deplorable. The people who found the pup reached out to a local dog rescuer via TikTok after seeing some of her other viral rescue videos. She immediately came to the rescue and her heart broke when she saw how sad this little baby was. She has been working hard now to bring her back to healthy both physically and mentally.
