‘They called me money hungry’: Son is made sole beneficiary on late parents' stocks, refuses to sell them to pay off brother's share of the inheritance, family gets involved

For unexplained reasons, the parents in the story below split their inheritance between their two sons abysmally. They gave one son sole beneficiary over their stocks, then split the rest of their properties between their two sons equally. The problem is, the only way the other son can get any money out of this arrangement is if his brother agrees to sell some of his shares and give him that money. And that is something he apparently is not willing to do.
