    40 Creepy Toys That Haunted Our Childhood and Probably Still Haunt Our Dreams

    We've all had one. That toy. The one we didn't ask for, didn't want, and definitely didn't play with. It usually arrived courtesy of a distant aunt, a well-meaning grandma, or a parent who just grabbed "whatever looked like a Power Ranger" from that weird toy store downtown where everything smelled faintly of sadness and plastic.

    You remember it. You opened the wrapping paper, your excitement slowly draining as a bootlegged monstrosity stared back at you with lifeless eyes and an expression that whispered, "Please… end my suffering." Maybe it was a mutant Barbie. Maybe it was a plush toy with eyes on the wrong side of its face. Maybe it was a clown. (just a clown. I hate clowns)
