'Our district VP was not amused': Employee spends 7 hours wrapping package in twine

When you order a package and then receive it totally shattered, it's definitely frustrating. The more fragile and expensive your item is, the more anxious you get about the item's journey to you. You might track the item as it goes from state to state. You have no way of knowing if someone is tossing your new camera or laptop into a delivery truck. What if the person delivering your expensive new package just tosses it onto your porch, leaving it broken beyond repair? 

These workers kept getting written up because they weren't wrapping their packages well enough, apparently. This person and their coworkers thought they were doing everything correctly, but they just kept getting write-ups.
