We've said it before, and we'll say it again - our cats come before anything else. Even our hooman friends. Our cats are part of our family, and they have every right to our attention and consideration as anyone else - purrhaps even more.

The people don't really sound like good friends. We don't know anything else about them other than this post, but none of our friends would suggest we put our cats “in the closet” while they stayed over. But then again, all of our friends love our cats (but really, what's not to love??).
