Here, we have a retail worker on an overnight shift who was tasked along with his team members to unload thousands upon thousands of boxes. Somehow, however, the manager did not feel that they were entitled to their contractually obligated 15-minute breaks. In fact, they were scolded for a good half of their “break time” for taking time to rest after unloading 1500 boxes and sorting their contents by hand. This employee knew that although he needed some extra cash, this treatment was unacceptable. Here's hoping he found a better opportunity!
