Dogs sometimes require the same amount of attention as toddlers. They'll sneak into places they shouldn't sneak into, chew on things they're not supposed to chew on and eat all manner of detritus that may or may not be food. It's just what they do. They're curious little buggers and they get bored all day waiting for you to get home. Who can blame them? This is especially true for a big dog. Big dogs not only have the same mischievousness as little ones, but they also have the size to cause some serious damage.

A big dog might be even taller than you when up on their hind legs. So heaven knows they're going to use it to their advantage and cause some havoc just by being themselves. Especially certain breeds of dogs, highly intelligent ones. Huskies are famous for being troublemakers since their brains are usually overpowered for the kind of life they're given.
