When you leave a bad job that you're so tired of, you can finally heave a big sigh of relief. That's no longer your monkeys, no longer your circus. It's all behind you now. One of the best feelings is when you've quit your terrible job, and you head in to get your last paycheck. You say hi to your coworker friends, walk to the back office, grab that final check and return your uniform. All the while, you're noticing the impatient customers, the hustle of the restaurant or store, and best of all: the knowledge that it's not ever going to be your problem to deal with ever again.
This person was only 17 when they got a job washing dishes at a country club. Being a dishwasher is notoriously tough on the skin, not to mention that it's repetitive to be washing hot dishes for 8 or 12 hours a day. At least they got out of that gig while also getting some petty revenge on their awful boss!
