25 Nostalgic Cartoon Memes for Millennials Who Were Raised by Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, and Disney Channel

Listen, I know that the title here suggests that I am going to wax poetic about the trifecta of kids' television channels: Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, and Disney Channel. But actually, I want to take this time to talk about those bizarre TV shows that were featured on some of the other, lesser-known channels. I never asked my parents why, but I distinctly remember sometimes having access to Discovery Kids while other times being unable to watch anything on it. It felt like something of a roll of the dice.

I was obsessed with Tutenstein, Peep and the Big Wide World, and the Time Warp Trio. If the funky TV shows that were airing on Cartoon Network in the mid-2000s were not enough to turn me into my grade's weird kid, the aforementioned toons completely pushed me over the edge. My interest in Strange Days at Blake Holsey High and Flight 29 Down explain my absolute obession with Lost several years later. I've heard it's pretty funny, but it's nothing like the old show that had an overarching plot. It's more of an episodic comedy. It's visually pretty apalling, though.

I was so surprised to find out that this movie (The Road to El Dorado) and Anastasia were not, in fact, Disney movies. They're both by DreamWorks.
