    In these miserable days of technologically generated everything, there are certain people who like to claim that art has never been more 'accessible' than it is now. That is, of course, a blatant lie. So long as you can pick up a pencil or pen and make some shapes with it, you can express yourself through the medium of drawing (or writing). 

    While it is true that whatever you create might not necessarily be skilled or good, so long as it gave you a fun creative outlet, that is all that matters. Much the same logic can be applied to the creation of memes, so it's no wonder that doodling and internet humor go hand in hand. Where did Rage Comics come from if not a distracted artist? No matter where art goes in the future, people will still like to draw, and we hope they make memes about it as well.
