Craft store employee stands up to entitled mom who demands a $70 item be $40 due to her own son's negligence, walks out empty handed: ‘I canNOT override it’

• In this case, it's difficult to figure out who exactly was at fault for the cause, but it's easy to discern who was the Karen. This entitled mom let her child run around the craft store as she shopped. He kept picking up items to show his mom to purchase, and when she would say no, he could put them back but in the complete wrong place. This eventually led to the mom thinking an item was a different price than it actually was because her kid put it back in the wrong spot. When the employee alerted her of this, instead of admitting her and her kid's blunder, she decided to throw a fit. Luckily, the employee did not stand for it.
