By being really really horrible at making coffee. It's called weaponized incompetence and sometimes it can be a very helpful tool. Here, you can see it being used on a senior firefighter who was demanding a rookie firefighter make the morning coffee for all the senior firefighters every single morning. This new guy was not a coffee drinker, but he's not stupid. He could have figured out how to make a drinkable cup of coffee. But he decided to turn the tides in his own direction by becoming the world's worst barista. It only took TWO times of him making coffee before they told him to please stop.
