21-year-old daughter fulfills late mother's wish and sells family home, distant mooch relatives threaten to sue her: ‘She wanted me to sell the house’

It's one thing to lose a loved one, but it's another to have mooching relatives come after you for abiding by your late relative's wishes. Some people never fail to surprise me, especially the entitled relatives in the next story you're about to read.

You'd think that one could put their selfishness on hold, especially given the situation at hand—but you'd be thinking wrong. Someone's hand will always be in your pocket and shared DNA doesn't disqualify anyone from being held accountable for suspicious, greedy behavior. The 21-year-old daughter in this next story decides to sell the "family home" her late mother purchased, but soon regretted purchasing. The distant family, however, convinced her mother to keep the house so they could use it for themselves.

It always comes down to money whether we like it or not. The daughter is not drawn to the family home nor is she interested in a relationship with these relatives, especially given the fact that her mother asked her to sell the home solely to get away from the relatives. Even still, she holds empathy for them given their reasoning… but that won't stop her from doing what's right for herself and her late mother.
