Welcome, boyfriends, girlfriends, husbands, wives, and partners of the Internet. You love your significant other with all of your heart, but sometimes they can really get under your skin. If you've been together for long enough, you both probably know exactly how to act and what to do to really push each others' buttons, and sometimes it seems like y'all do it to each other on purpose.
My boyfriend has communicated to me before that he thinks that I leave the cabinet doors open on purpose specifically to annoy him. I feel the same way about his habit of leaving his clothes on the floor every morning after getting dressed. I mean, it takes a few seconds to stuff your PJs into a drawer — in my opinion, you don't even have to fold them! Just don't leave them on the floor! However, when he left to see his brother for a week, I found myself a little saddened by the lack of t-shirts and socks on the flood. No, I don't like picking up after him, but it reminded me that he was so far away. I realized then that even though I couldn't live with him, I could never live without him, either.
