No matter what industry you work in, you can't escape the dreaded micromanager. To be fair, there are definitely some employees out there who need to be micromanaged. But when someone new steps in and starts changing protocols that already work just to flex control, it doesn't take long before employees start to push back.

At least, that's what happened to this bartender when their new restaurant manager decided that she would now hold the key to the walk-in cooler, literally. The bartenders, who used to manage their own locked section of the walk-in, suddenly had to ask her to open the cage and follow them inside every single time they needed something. Annoying, much? This might've made sense if there were inventory issues, but there weren't. So when Monday rolled around and it was time to restock after a busy weekend, the bartender decided to give his new manager exactly what she asked for… one lemon, one lime, and one power move at a time.
