    Wife teams up with petty MIL to make cheating husband fend for himself after discovering his infidelity: 'His mistress doesn't even want him'

    It's not every day that a woman teams up with her mother-in-law to get collective revenge on her husband. The classic expectation, the one you're likely to see in movies and on television, is the mother-in-law taking her son's side no matter what. Perhaps we expect a level of delusion on her part and a refusal to admit the truth that maybe her son is not the guy he said he was.

      Also our daughter is a tic and we have to transition her slowly otherwise risk a major meltdown that she might not recover from. A less than idyllic situation but I don't mind.

    • After making this discovery, the unit continued to live together as a family because, as the woman will reveal, they wanted to make the transition an easier one for their daughter (again, we can't help but marvel at this lady's selflessness). That being said, after her husband deceived his own mother, the two women of the household had enough of his foolishness and refused to cook for him any longer, forcing him to fend for himself.

      One thing that really set my MIL off was one day, a Tuesday, my stbxh asked his mom for $20. He told her that he needed to put gas in the car. We only have one vehicle between him and me.

      From that Tuesday evening that he borrowed the money until that Thursday when he got paid he didn't take the car and the gas was almost on E the entire time.
