In this case, the guy just needed a roommate to split the rent. He found someone who he thought would be chill to live with—maybe not someone who would become his bestie, but at least wouldn't drive him mad. Unfortunately, he was sorely mistaken. The new roomie turned out to be very argumentative and had no communication skills. In other words, he would start stupid fights and end them in a screaming fit. The original roomie had finally had enough, so you know what he did? He simply removed all of the stuff that was his. And, boy, was it a lot of stuff.
