I'd love to spend a day in a CEO's shoes and see how they run their life. It seems like many CEOs don't actually do very much work. They have some meetings, maybe write a few emails, and then they're heading out the door by 3 PM to spend time with their family. Meanwhile, the rest of the workers do 8-10 hours of work, all scrutinized by their managers, before heading out for the day. Do these C-suite types ever feel guilty for making 7 figure salaries and barely working while their employees grind away for 5 or 6 figures? Probably not, since many of them are happy to own flashy cars, style themselves in designer clothes, and yap on and on about their monthly trips around the world.
These people shared the blatant times their managers and higher-ups showed how little they cared, and the stories are infuriating. One CEO cut health benefits, and then conveniently used that money to buy a new car. Buddy is not seeing heaven with that kind of approach to life! He didn't even try to hide it… some folks just do not care about their fellow humans. They just care about that cold hard cash.
