• This guy had a nice new car that his neighbor instantly took a liking to, and matters were made worse when they realized that their commute to work was very similar. The neighbor started assuming after one time that the author would give him a lift to work each and every morning despite no verbal agreement to that effect. This is a great example of what happens when people pleasers stay silent. Others will sniff you out and will walk all over you if they have the chance.
