So the options that this boyfriend is giving his girlfriend is 1) he doesn't help her at all and he leaves her or 2) he helps her but gets a percentage of equity on her property. Why is their relationship banking on him being remotely involved or responsible for her financial decisions? They're completely unrelated. He's obviously looking for a mommy who will take care of him, he's looking for a punching bag, he's looking for someone to just use and throw away. She needs to get out of this relationship. It's not normal to blackmail your partner with threats about ending the relationship if they don't hand over something financially.
