    Before you moved in with your significant other, how did you imagine your day-today-life? Back when my partner and I still lived in separate apartments on opposite sides of the city, we yearned to live together. I imagined cuddling to sleep with him every night and waking up to his loving gaze every morning. I figured we would cook together often and split up chores evenly. 

    In reality, I can't stand having limbs touching me when I sleep, so I usually spoon him until I hear him snoring and then get as far away as I can. I didn't account for morning breath in my fantasies, and I certainly did not realize how busy we would both be all of the time. This prevents us from being able to cook together as often as we'd like and sometimes leads to arguments when there's a pile of dishes or dry laundry one of us promised each other we'd do. In any case, we make do. I know for a fact that I wouldn't have it any other way!
