This man sounds like an awful menace. He's intentionally disrespecting her boundaries and sense of safety for his own enjoyment. It's a power dynamic to him, and he likes to feel in control. The thing about pranking is that it can get out of hand in a second. Especially if it's a prank involving vehicles or other objects that can severely damage a person. She did the right thing by breaking up with him.
