This lady truly could not stop herself from having her trash bins overflowing at all times. Raccoons frequently got in there and trash was left all over the place. It even got so bad that the excess garbage would block her neighbor's driveway. He would often get out of his car to help clean up her mess before taking off for work each morning. At a certain point, however, his patience expired, especially after she ignored his requests to keep clean. So, he decided that it was time to give this lady a taste of her own medicine!
