    'I’m fully ready for this battle': College students refuse to stop driving through resident's yard as shortcut to their frat house, resident sets boulders to stop them, only for them to be removed

    There are different levels of bad neighbors, that depend on different characteristics of the people you end up living next to. 

    The first level, the best kind of neighbors, are single people with no pets, no kids, and no interest in any interaction other than a friendly hello from a safe distance. The second level are old people, who are usually quiet people who do no harm, until you do something to annoy them, and then it's non-stop complaining about every little thing. The third level are families, who are usually nice and harmless, but are pretty noisy and hectic from time to time, and can be a lot to deal with.

    The fourth and last level, which consists of the actual worst of the worst neighbors, is reserved for two kinds of people – entitled Karens, and frat college students. These two are masters at making your living situation a nightmare. They check every box of bad neighbors, and they do not care whatsoever.
