One thing they never teach you in school, and maybe they should, is how to be a good customer. While some elements are pretty straightforward, others still require some skill that many people fail to possess and should be taught.

For example, many of us have no idea how to tell a server we are unhappy with the food we got and want to send it back. Even if the food we got is not remotely close to what we ordered, and it's completely the restaurant's fault, we still feel extremely awkward about it.

On the other side of the coin, you have entitled customers who don't care about anything at all. They will make demands and unreasonable requests, and let the servers deal with the outcome. They are the type of customers servers hate the minute they open their mouths to order, and cheer as soon as they are out of the door.
