South Korean grandpa adopts 400 lb. wild boar as his son, showing the unique relationship between humans and nature is never boaring: 'He insists on being greeted with fresh rice every morning'

You know what, animal fam? Just when we think we've seen it all - the internet comes back and surprises us with something new. We've seen otters and cats become family members, litters of puppies being rescued from the desert, hamsters scaling walls, and all sorts of other things as we search for the latest and greatest animal news for you every day. However, we have never (and we mean never), seen a grandpa adopting a wild boar as his son. Yes, you read that correctly.

This wholesome senior man has not only trained this 400 lb. beast to accompany him on his daily errands, but also uses him as a form of transportation. He brings the boar inside during bad weather, where he sleeps in the grandpa's house and wakes him up when he's hungry for breakfast. Pigs are very intelligent creatures, and so we imagine boars must be also. In the video, he understands basic commands like sit, lay down, paw (hoof?), and walks next to his human like a dog walking on a leash. The only difference is that this boar is about 360 pounds heavier than your average canine.
