‘I hope I wasted his time’: Entitled realtor refuses to move his car after parking it in a resident's private spot, resident finds a clever way to dissuade potential buyers as payback

It would not have cost anything for the realtor in this story to be nice to the resident who asked him to move his car from their private parking space. The lot was empty enough, it would have been done in 30 seconds, and everyone would have been happy.
Obviously, the entitled realtor did not think the same, because he instead decided to do the exact opposite of being civil towards others.
