It's so easy to be negative about everything in your life, but it's worthwhile to acknowledge when you have a good thing going! I've got a job I love, an apartment I'm obsessed with, lovely roommates, wonderful friends, a slightly all-consuming recreational sporting hobby, and a great family. While I could focus on the negatives (I'm not in a relationship, I'm pretty sure I have endometriosis and the disease where you pull your hair out), why would I? There are so many positives that outweigh the negatives, I'm not going to sweat about it. I used to think that constantly focusing on the negatives in your life was the best way to motivate yourself to improve. That might make sense in a 19-year-olds brain, but if you can never win no matter how much you improve, then that negativity won't be sustainable. If you want something sustainable, fun, and positive, these memes will do the trick.
