I hate it when people don't take care of themselves when they fully could if they wanted to. If you're an adult and you get mildly sick, you can figure out how to get to the doctor and take care of your needs without someone tending to you at all times. There are some exceptions when you are having a medical emergency and need the help of others, but 98% of the time, you should be able to take care of yourself.

It's incredibly frustrating when someone treats a situation like an emergency, even when it's clearly not, and gets agitated when others don't do the same. I can't stop anyone from getting too angry when they get the wrong topping on their pizza delivery, but they can't make me act like it's the end of the world.
