It just seems so obvious that she set him up. She specifically asked him to cover her, and then went and complained to HR about it. He has every right to create distance from her. She seems unstable and like she needs attention. Some people are just drama queens.

It's a strange situation, and I wonder what her ulterior motive was. She obviously did this intentionally, so why choose him? Was it random, or did she have a specific reason for pinning him and trying to get something out of it. Maybe she thought he was naïve.
