Thank you for keeping these two cuties together! And thank you to the shelter for insisting. Some cats get so, so attached to other cats that it would be the worst thing for them to be separated. We call these kinds of kittens “bonded pairs”, and these two are definitely that.

Their loss is entirely your gain for sure. Such a stunning cat- big and fluffy and beautiful, and they were somehow ridiculous enough to give up on her because she was deaf? Truly the most unbelievable thing that we have ever heard. But it's better that way. It's better that she is now with someone who will actually love and appreciate her than with a family who couldn't care less.
