I could practically hear his meows in my sleep—then I woke up to find him actually meowing in my face, clearly trying to signal something urgent. And what could a 3 AM wake-up call possibly mean? That's right—my guy was out of food, and refilling his bowl immediately was of the utmost importance. Cats, eh? Can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em!
Today, we're celebrating eight years of wholesome feline bliss alongside the original poster (OP) and her purrfect tuxedo boy, Morty. Morty first came into OP's life in the most dramatic way—he was found screaming in her backyard during a snowstorm. The storm worked hard, but the cat distribution system worked harder! There's something so special about sharing memories and life experiences with our feline companions. We can only imagine the love, joy, and—let's be honest—chaos that little Morty has brought into OP's life over the years.
