    20+ Delivery dilemmas that left customers confused: 'Delivery driver sent me a photo of my parcel mid-air... he frisbee'd it'

    Waiting for a package delivery can seem endless. A lot of deliveries get geo-tagged as they bounce across the country. Say you order a shirt, and the company is based in California, but you're in Delaware. You'll wait a while for a shipping label to be created, and then the company will alert you that your package is in the mail. Excellent! You go and see where it's at, and day by day, this little shirt is seeing the good old U S of A. It's in Ohio. Now it's in Idaho. Now it's checking out Milwaukee, before heading to Buffalo. Oh, the places your shirt will go! Over the 7-10 business days it takes to get to you, this shirt will visit many small towns that are inexplicably far from actual route it needs to go. 

    If you're lucky, your package will arrive on time and undamaged after touring the 50 states. But that's not what happened with these people. They had to deal with crushed boxes, hungry animals, and uncaring delivery drivers! They shared their frustrations with the internet, and you can check out some of these mishaps below. 

    Next, read about this executive director who decided to send an email demanding employees post tons of positive reviews of the company, adding that if they didn't, their "salary may be withheld entirely." (You can guess how well that went over with the staffers!)

      Delivery window was 8-12 a.m. I showed up at 7:45 to find this. Wife and I bought a house close to where we live now, and are moving in this weekend. Had a fridge delivery window this morning for 8-12, and I came at 7:45 to find they had already came and went (without delivering). I took off work and arranged for family to pick up and watch my toddler to accommodate being there for today's delivery. They refuse to redeliver before Monday.       This is infuriating and wasteful at the same time

      Tried to skip my water delivery bc I wasn't home. It was 11 degrees yesterday... All 4 are cracked and frozen. Not even sure how to properly dispose of this without having them all shatter into a million pieces

      If discovered immediately, this is a win-win

      If the driver dropped it at the wrong address and this person was home, they basically just got a free order of groceries! The delivery driver probably can't recover them for quality assurance purposes. So the original recipient will need a refund or shopping redo anyway. The worst case scenario is if all that fresh meat and other food was left outside for a while… then it'll all have to go into the garbage. Who knows, even in that case, this person probably would still score some chips and cookies that are nonperishable.

      Someone I don't know used my address to deliver 36lbs of gummy bears. I called their number (on the delivery slip) and left a v/m. I found them on FB and DM'd them. No response. My kids want to eat it.
