But seriously, we are proud of you taking your first step into the journey of therapy, whether you have a therapist already or not. The first step is just coming to terms with needing some outside help. These funny therapy memes can only take you so far. Listen, it took me five therapist and an entire year to finally find the therapist that I have now had for six years. It is not an easy journey, but it is so worth it in the end!
