Like dogs with their leg shaking uncontrollably, sometimes it's the best feeling in the world to scratch an itch. While it's forbidden—on sunburns, bug bites, and healing tattoos—the urge to itch is a great way to achieve immediate satisfaction. 

Many simplicities in the human world are a delight. Right now, it seems like the whole world is collapsing around us, but that doesn't degrade the miniature wonders we can experience every day. Imagine hitting a green wave of lights on your way to work, getting yourself a little coffee treat, and receiving that package delivery you've been waiting for; undoubtedly, your day is improved with all of these things! 

So while life may get us down every now and then, there are also an infinite number of amazing moments that we often overlook. Because it's the simplest things like scratching an itch or answering the phone call of a dear friend that can make us the tiniest bit happier. And to me, that's a win.
