In fact, they often argued about the details of their separation over breakfast at this restaurant. Unfortunately for the server, it was their turn to wait on them.

What transpired next was an unfortunate miscommunication regarding the number of eggs included in a standard order. This was a policy that the server tried to explain to the entitled male customer, but he was so upset (perhaps about the state of his divorce) that he refused to listen. This meant that he ended up with eight eggs, despite requesting four.
