I'd like to think I'm a fairly open-doored person. I love having friends over, and I don't mind a short notice (or no-notice) visit. However, if I were peacefully asleep in my bed and discovered my 'buddy' lurking around in my kitchen for a midnight snack, I'd be shocked and feel a little violated to say the least.
