It's not only horrible to say to your pregnant sister at all, but it's even extra insulting that she said it in front of other people at the baby shower. Has this woman no sense of tact or appropriateness? It serves her right to be thrown out. She's obviously resentful about having so many children.

She's kind of a cruel woman for being so unempathetic to her sister's situation in pregnancy. She should be worried about her sister's health and want to do whatever she can to help her. Why would she want her sister to suffer like this?
