After all that hoopla over something as silly as proper weight limits, the employees absolutely got the last laugh. Sure, it would've been inconvenient for that customer to drive back and forth like 8 times. But having a completely busted car is way more irritating! Who knows how much it'll cost to fix. Plus, the customer is now stuck with tons of concrete, and no way to get it back. I guess he'll have to order a ride-share car and take it home in 100 trips instead!
