    We all have those activities we like to 'save' for days we know we are going to need a massive mood boost. Some people, when they need a pick-me-up, turn to their friends and lean on them for support. They might go to a party and allow the joy there to help get their minds off of what is troubling them, or they might just invite their friends over and talk about their problems.

    For us cat people, and let's face it, probably massive introverts, spending time with people after a long and hard day is the last activity we want. A mood boost for us cannot involve other people, because that just drains us even more. No, we need a quiet environment to relax, just us and our cats, assuming the cats are up to it, obviously.

    Long baths, good food, and maybe a comfort movie are some examples of activities that might help us with a mood boost after a rainy day. Then, right before bed, we like to scroll through some hissterical memes, to ensure good dreams and a great start for the next day.
