This is the major disconnect between folks who have worked in a customer service position and those who have not. Even still, many customers unfamiliar with the customer service/Point of Sales tech understand that customer service employees probably know what they're doing more than the customers do.
Unfortunately for this store manager, the customer she's dealing with doesn't think this way. As the manager mentioned, there was likely only a two-minute wait to be cashed out. Either this customer gets the gold medal in impatience or she just refused to be observant. Either way, the store manager sets her straight in a funny encounter.
