If you don't want someone constantly eating your food without permission—be it a roommate, coworker, sibling, etc.—just put lots of vegetables in it. There's a good chance they'll be less and less attracted to your meal… unless, of course, the food thief is a vegetarian. In that case, put some meat in there!
