There are two types of D&D players. First, you've got the chaotic murderhobos—the ones who see every NPC as either an XP farm or an opportunity to steal something shiny. They thrive on mayhem, and honestly, they're having the time of their lives. And then there's players like me.
I can't do it. I just can't. Every time our group comes up with some morally dubious scheme—like distracting a shopkeeper so the rogue can rob him blind—I'm the one thinking, "But what if he has a family to feed?" Or when we capture some goblin and everyone suggests we let him go just to follow him back to his village and wipe it out, I'm like, "No! He's learned his lesson!"
I'm not trying to be a wet blanket, but I just can't detach my own alignment from that of my character. My party's out here burning down villages, and I'm over here wondering if the goblin's family will miss him. And you know what? It kinda sucks.
These 37 D&D memes capture the chaos, the drama, and the hilarity of life around the table—whether you're a murderhobo or a reluctant moral compass.
