Christmas and New Year's Eve are officially over, and most of us are back to work and school by now. That means letting go of the last couple of weeks of fun, relaxation, pleasure, and food and returning to our old, boring routines. But anyone who has a toxic family knows that the fallout from the holidays can last for weeks or months after they become a mere memory. I know I don't want to be talking about Christmas well into January: it's terribly gauche. Still, it can sometimes be unavoidable if you're in the midst of family conflicts that are only exacerbated by being in proximity to your family (or, in some cases, by not seeing your family for the holidays).

The juiciest holiday fights and conflicts are often the ones that happen face-to-face rather than over text, but the aftermath of holiday and non-holiday fights alike are documented here for all to enjoy, cringe at, or relate to.
