Now, the little baby is thriving! His story has since gone viral and many are in tears with this heartbreaking story, with a happy ending. You can see the sleepy eyes of this mouse who is ready to let fate have his way with him. But the family is simply in tears seeing this small creature ready for the end. The mother scoops him up with some bedding in her hands and takes him in. They give him cheese and a warm home.
Now, they have upgraded him into a “Disney”-like castle of a mouse environment with plenty of enrichment activities and clean bedding. The internet is cheering him on with happy-tears in their eyes! One commenter wrote, “😅 never thought I'd be all teary-eyed about a mouse on a Friday night.." While another added, “hims look old but so happy to be safe and warm ♥️.”
His name is now Peanut and he is slated to live out his senior mice years as the best years of his life. Faith in humanity restored!
